Just had an unexpected overnight trip to Montreal. But it was quite nice. I like Montreal. I got to fly first class too, which was nice, because they gave me oatmeal cookies and hot towels. Plus I got bulkhead seats, so it was maxiumum roominess. While I was there, I rode a segway, the scooter from the future, which was pretty fun.

True, my travelling companion got her her wallet stolen, but other than that, it was all quite nice. I did have a lovely meal or two, including a large portion of wakame, the japenese seaweed delicacy, and there were plenty of Frenchies.

In fact, with the lovely weather, and the smoothness of all things considered, I'd have to say it was overall a fairly easy experience, not counting the posters about Palestinians on every street post. Or the juice I bought which was quite unsatisfactory. But aside from that, it was all quite nice.

Then on returning to work, I had to hustle full speed to pull of a theatrical meeting, styled after a 70s prom, which is what that photo of me in the blue tux was prepared for. Apart from getting some new glasses from a man called Wilson at Site for Sore Eyes, which is without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had buying glasses, I'd say things are going swell. Plus my Honey finishes finals in two days.
